Aqua Clean Tas Pty Ltd supplies aquaculture companies around the world with fully hydraulic in-situ net cleaning systems, or flagship model is the Tassie Devil Tracker 4000.

The Tassie Devil Tracker 4000 allows customers to clean all types of fouling from a wide range of aquaculture sea cage nets, whilst not needing a high-pressure water pump as is industry standard. The result of not using a high-pressure water pump is drastically improved reliability, economy and reduced maintenance costs and down time associated with traditional cleaning equipment.

The Tassie Devil Tracker 4000 (TDT 4000) uses Aqua Clean Tas’s patented hydraulic propeller system to clean between 1000 and 1500sqm of netting per hour whilst maintaining a fuel consumption of less than ten litres per hour proving to be one of the most economical net cleaning systems on the market today.

Not having a high-pressure water pump to service our customers enjoy the increased reliability, low maintenance and low overall running costs compared to high pressure water systems.

Currently our TDT 4000 systems are in operation in Australia with Huon Aquaculture (salmon), Australian Fishing Enterprises (tuna), Cone Bay Barramundi.

We have also expanded outside of Australia to have machines in operation in Chile, Panama and Scotland.

Aqua Clean Tas recently won the Promoting Sustainability category for Tasmania at the 2023 Telstra Best of business awards and have also been finalists the previous two years at the Tasmanian Export awards.
